Background Check

Applicants must pass a background check with no criminal history.
Background check is $30/person over the age of 17, that will be occupying the unit. *

Income & Credit Requirement

Applicants must earn at least 3x's the rent amount.
Applicants must demonstrate a good payment.

Drug Policy

NO drugs are allowed on the premises.
Smoking marijuana is prohibited; violations will result in lease termination and police involvement.

Pet Policy

No Pitbull's or aggressive breed dogs allowed.
Maximum pet weight limit is 50 lbs.
